Can I run the EA on Mac OSX?

You need to virtualize windows in your mac. There is no native Metatrader version for MAC OS X.

I do not offer demos or trials or discounts. The documentation of the EA is very clear.

What are the best parameters?

All strategies have clear and defined parameters that were back tested and optimized. They are default parameters for each strategy.

If for any reason you change any of the parameters, you should back test and do all robustness tests before use the new configuration/parameters.

The EA is not working, what do I do?

If the EA loads but displays nothing, make sure of the following.

1) There must be a smiling face at the top right corner of the chart.

2) Make sure to enable DLL Calls in your platform.

3) Make sure to be connected to your broker account.

4) If you have renamed the EA, restore the original filename.

I do not see a smile face on the chart.

A sad face or an X on the top-right corner of the chart means expert advisors don't have trading permissions in your platform. Please enable trading permissions for expert advisors in your platform.

Tools – Options and click on Allow Algorithmic Trading.

I do not see the EA listed on MT5 Expert Advisor List.

What account leverage do I need?

All of our Expert Advisors has for parameter $1000 account and 0.02 lot size. So, you do not need high leverage to trade. But if you change the lot size, for example 0.02 to 0.1 lot size to trade in the same account you will need more leverage. Most of Brokers nowadays offer 1:500 leverage, what is more than enough. You can run our EAs on 1:50.

I want to make 200% per Month?

Do not be stupid to believe on it. To make 100% in return you will need high leverage what works both ways, you will lose your account very fast. Please, check the documentation of our EAs before buy.

How can I change the orders comments?

Go to Input sections, and change the Variable Custom Comment to what you need.

What is Magic Number?

The magic number is a numeric signature the EA uses to recognize its own trades. It is recommended to leave the default magic number of the EA, unless you are running several experts and know what you are doing.
